
Typically, when men workout we focus on the upper body. I know I did for years and just accepted the lower body would never develop in the same respect. What I did not realize is the lower body feeds the upper in terms of overall growth potential.
When we focus on the lower body workout as much as the upper true gains come quicker because of the level of taxation working out the lower requires.
It releases growth hormones, increases our intake of food, and still provides some benefit for the upper body. For example, deadlifts and squats will work both areas.
So, the next time you workout incorporate the lower with more frequency. It will payoff in no time…
